Specially Designed Seychelles - 6 Days

Upon arrival in Mahe Airport, you will be met by our representative and transferred to the Hotel. Check in at the Hotel, the day is at leisure for rest and relaxation. Enjoy a fabulous dinner and spend a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.

After the breakfast, proceed for Full Day Mahe Island Tour. Visit court buildings, museum, post office, Clock Tower [twin of the one outside London’s Victoria Station]. A turn around the corner takes one to the ‘Codevar’ building where local crafts, including the renowned Kreol Or [Creole Gold] are on display for sale. A walk across Albert Street leads one to the focal point of the town, its colourful market where stalls of fresh fish, tropical fruits & vegetables, herbs & spices, are displayed in an abundance of fragrances.

After lunch, the tour continues around the southern tip of the island to the restored colonial plantation of ‘Jardin du Roi’, which is steeped in the short history of the Creoles as well as the Georges family, whose family tree apparently carries a link to Louis XVII of France. A cold drink of home-grown fruit welcomes visitors, before they tour the surrounding plantation of vegetables, exotic fruits, herbs and spices. The rest of the afternoon is for relaxation, with a stop at the Craft Village on the way back to the hotel, at around 16h00. Overnight stay at the Resort.

Today after the check out from the Hotel and proceed to Praslin Island by Jetty. Upon arrival meet our representative and proceed to the Hotel for the Overnight stay.

Visit Praslin’s Vallée de Mai, a UNESCO World Heritage site and untouched biosphere like none other on Earth.

Here giant palms rustle overhead as you meander through this ancient forest filled with many endemic species of palm and rare fauna, such as the Seychelles Black Parrot, the tiger chameleon and the diminutive Seychelles tree frog.

Vallée de Mai is also home to the Coco de Mer palm; the seed is the largest nut in the world and has been treasured as a collectable and mystical aphrodisiac for centuries. Let our Guides unravel the secrets of this magical forest to you.

It was once believed – in the distant lands where these giant seeds would wash ashore – that the Coco de Mer originated from a sacred forest under the sea. Today, we know better, and Vallée de Mai – believed by some to be the original site of the Garden of Eden – is where these magnificent palms grow.

Return to the Hotel in the afternoon, rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Praslin

After the breakfast, check out from the Hotel and proceed back to Mahe by Jetty. Arrive at Mahe and get transferred to the Hotel. Rest of the day is free for leisure. Overnight stay at the Hotel.

After the breakfast, check out from the Hotel to leave with the Happy memories to the Home Destination. Our representative will drop you at the Airport at appropriate time.
